Adam Courter
Owner/General Manager
Adam grew up in Bradenton and has a business degree from the University of Florida where he met his wife Susan. After nine years in community banking Adam acquired and grew an award winning residential cleaning franchise which he sold prior to joining OTPS. Adam’s family is blessed with a young son and daughter, an American Bulldog appropriately named Tank and a mischievous cat.
Leslie Norton
Office Manager
Leslie Norton has been enhancing OTPS since 2016 as our Office Manager. When not taking care of our customers’ needs, she enjoys time with her grandchildren as well as her African Grey parrot and Boston Terrier pups. She was born in Georgia but raised in Clearwater.
Justin Reynolds
Repair Manager
Justin was born in Morristown, N.J. and moved to Sarasota in 1994. He first joined OTPS in 2007 as a Summer Technician and returned full time in 2014. In his spare time, Justin is an active musician, teaching drums and recording locally from a home studio. He enjoys the Sarasota beaches, taking his Westie to the park and cooking a good meal. Justin also conducts many of our pool repairs and equipment installations.
Ted Garcia
Senior Pool Technician
Ted was born and raised in Bradenton and joined OTPS as a Service Manager in 2016. Outside of work, Ted is an active boxer and passionate about the sport. He owns three dogs and follows the Bucs and Chicago Bulls.
Jason Scarlett
Equipment and Repair Coordinator
Jason is originally from London, Ontario but moved to Sarasota in 1996 to be close to his family that had relocated here. Jason first entered the pool industry in 2007, buying a small pool route he ran for thirteen years. Jason sold that business a couple of years ago and, after a foray into a different career, decided to get back into the great outdoors and the pool industry by joining On-Time Pool Service. Jason can be found every weekend on the golf course and has been a teaching golf professional.
Justin Irwin
Route Manager
Justin, originally from Naples, FL, spent his formative years in Gainesville, FL, with summers in Michigan, earning him the title of a seasoned snowbird. With over two decades in the restaurant industry, Justin transitioned seamlessly into the pool business. For five years, he owned his own route before joining the team at On-Time Pool Service.
Ric Stuart
Renovation Department Manager
Ric brings nearly five decades of experience in the pool renovation and construction industry to our team. He began building pools in July 1977 and spent 27 years with Blue Aqua Pools, where he played a key role in shaping the local landscape. Over the course of his career, Ric has personally overseen the construction or renovation of more than 8,000 swimming pools throughout Sarasota and Manatee counties.
A Manatee High School graduate and lifelong local, Ric knows this community inside and out. His passion for pools runs in the family—his son is a licensed pool builder and engineer, continuing the Stuart legacy in the industry.
Outside of work, Ric enjoys spending time with his family. A creative at heart, he sings and plays harmonica with his local group, the Bonfire Jam Band, and is also the artist behind many of the tiki tree carvings seen around town.
Sherri Becker
Office Assistant and Customer Service Representative
Sherri brings a warm and welcoming presence to our team, both in person and over the phone. Originally from Tennessee, she recently fulfilled her lifelong dream of moving to sunny Florida, where she enjoys exploring the outdoors, relaxing on the beach, hiking, and embracing the year-round warmth.
Sherri is skilled at providing excellent customer service and keeping operations running smoothly. Her positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm make her a valued member of our team, brightening the day for colleagues and customers alike.
Suzanne Birk
Office Assistant & Customer Service Representative
Originally from the Denver, Colorado area, Suzanne made her long-time dream of relocating to sunny Florida a reality just over a year ago. She brings a strong background in office administration and customer service, including experience co-founding and managing a small plumbing business alongside her husband, a master plumber.
Outside of work, Suzanne enjoys spending time with her three dogs—a German Shepherd, a Chow, and a Chow-Labrador mix. She also has a creative side, with hobbies that include photography and building LEGO sets.
James Alley
Pool Technician
James is originally from Boston, Massachusetts, making him the third person on the On-Time team from Massachusetts. He moved with his family in 2008, which he remembers as the year the Patriots lost the Super Bowl. James comes to On-Time with two and a half years of prior pool service experience. In his free time, he goes to the gym, plays pickup basketball, hikes, kayaks, and spends time outside. James is enrolled in a radiology program and is pursuing a medical career for the long term.
Cam Hamilton
Pool Technician
Cam was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida, where he lived until moving to Sarasota in 2020. He was most recently the field supervisor for a paver restoration and power washing company for a few years before joining On-Time Pool Service. In his spare time, Cam enjoys hanging out with his kids and family and supporting the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Brad Turner
Pool Technician
Brad moved to Fort Myers from his home state of Michigan in 2012 and recently relocated to Sarasota. Before joining On-Time Pool Service, he worked with a pool builder and service company for five years in the Fort Myers area. Brad has two sons, aged 8 and 13. Brad enjoys spending time with his family, playing basketball, going to the park, and playing video games in his spare time.
Jon Donnellan
Pool Technician
Jon is a native of Nantucket, Massachusetts. His sister was the first family member to move to Florida several years ago, followed by Jon in 2018 and then his parents. Jon was a beach attendant at the Hyatt on Siesta Key for four years prior to joining the On-Time Pool Service team. In his free time, Jon includes frisbee golf, surfing, snowboarding, and spending time with family, including nieces and nephews.
Austin Wilkinson
Pool Technician
Originally from Chicago, Austin moved to Sarasota with his family thirteen years ago. He gained nearly a year of experience working at a competitor and eagerly seized the opportunity to join On-Time Pool Service. Before entering the pool service industry, Austin worked at the award-winning restaurant Michaels on East for several years. When he’s not working, Austin enjoys spending time with friends (his good friend Chanse also works at On-Time) and his family, including his niece and nephew.
Christian "Chris" Crespo
Pool Technician
Chris is a true Florida native with deep roots across the state, having lived in Clewiston, Orlando, Miami, and Fort Myers before settling in Sarasota to be closer to family. With four years of experience servicing both commercial and residential pools at Island Condo Management in Sanibel, Chris brings valuable expertise and a strong work ethic to the On-Time Pool Service team. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing and spending time with his Australian Shepherd.
Joshua Hazel
Pool Technician
Originally from North Carolina, Joshua brings a strong mechanical background and a passion for working with his hands to the On-Time Pool Service team. Before joining us, he worked as a mechanic and served as a parts manager at Advance Auto Parts. He also gained firsthand experience with pool care by assisting his father, a longtime maintenance manager for apartment complexes with commercial pools.
Drawn to the water and looking for a meaningful career shift, Joshua made the plunge into the pool service industry—and hasn’t looked back. His attention to detail and steady work ethic make him a valued member of our weekly service team.
Outside of work, Joshua enjoys fishing and spending time with his family and close friends. Faith, family, and community are the cornerstones of his life.
David Doran
Pool Renovation Specialist
David brings a decade of experience in the pool industry to the On-Time Pool Service renovation team. His career includes time as a branch manager with Florida Water Products, a leading pool supply distributor, as well as experience on both the field and office sides of pool construction and renovation.
At On-Time, David plays a key role in keeping the renovation department running smoothly and ensuring clients are well cared for throughout their projects. He’s known for his organization, follow-through, and commitment to quality service.
The son of an Air Force veteran, David spent his early years moving around the country—and even living abroad in Spain and Germany—before settling in Florida with his family in 2001.
Outside of work, David is a proud family man who loves spending time with his wife and kids. You’ll often find him at baseball games with his son or grilling out and enjoying time together with his family.
Toni Del Rosario
Executive Assistant
Toni supports On Time Pool Service as a Virtual Assistant, bringing her passion for organization and efficiency to help things run smoothly behind the scenes. Based in the Philippines—a tropical country much like Sarasota, Florida—Toni enjoys the flexibility of working from home, which allows her to maintain a healthy work-life balance and spend quality time with family, friends, and her beloved pets, including Golden Retrievers and Sun Conure parrots. She loves relaxing with movies, going to the mall, staying active at the gym, and catching up with friends. A true foodie and adventurer at heart, Toni is always on the lookout for new places, flavors, and exciting destinations to explore.
Ken Macke
Repair Technician and Senior Pool Technician
Ken is originally from Bradenton and went to Palmetto High School. He worked for nearly fifteen years at a local building supply company, including seven years as a branch manager. Ken decided to get into pool service for a quality-of-life change where he could be active, spend time outside, and leave his work at work. Ken enjoys music and spending time outdoors with his family and dogs in his free time.
Chanse Richardson
Pool Technician
Chanse, a native of rural Kentucky, relocated with his family to Sarasota in 2003, where he laid down his roots. Chanse spent years working alongside his loved ones in their small-scale screen printing and embroidery business. Seeking independence and a change of scenery, he ventured into landscaping before finding his niche with On-Time Pool Service. Outside of work, Chanse finds solace as a homebody, watching sports and soaking up the sun with his dog at the beach.
Greg Keating
Pool Technician
Greg recently moved from Foxborough, Massachusetts to Venice. His old house was located just five minutes away from Gillette Stadium, where the New England Patriots play. Due to his proximity to the stadium, he had the opportunity to meet many of the Patriots players. Greg retired from the Massachusetts Department of Corrections just before moving to Florida. He and his wife have two children who are currently attending college. In his spare time, Greg enjoys working out, playing golf, and going to the beach.
Saul Garcia
Pool Technician
Saul is a lifelong friend of our Senior Pool Technician, Ted Garcia—though they share the same last name, the two aren’t related. A Bradenton native, Saul comes from a large local family with three brothers and five sisters, all still living in the area.
Known for his strong work ethic and easygoing nature, Saul originally joined the On-Time team before taking time off to attend barber school. Now, while building his barbershop clientele, he’s rejoined the team and continues to contribute to our high standards of service.
Cleaning pools helps Saul stay active and fit, and he enjoys being outdoors. In his free time, he loves spending time with his wife, sharing meals, and helping out his family whenever he can.
Julio Ventura
Pool Technician
Julio is from the small town of Ware in western Massachusetts. He worked in the asbestos removal industry for twenty years, most of the time as a supervisor. Julio, his wife, and his kids recently moved to Bradenton, where his wife has family. A long-time hobby of Julio’s is keeping up fish aquariums, giving him a unique perspective on water chemistry, much of which does translate to pool care.
Tyler Laughlin
Pool Technician
Tyler came to On-Time Pool Service after relocating to the Sarasota area with his wife, who accepted a new position in the area. He serviced pools in the Destin area before joining the On-Time team. Tyler enjoys playing softball and volleyball in his free time. He and his wife have three dogs named Becky, Bob, and Zeke.
Dillan Deal
Pool Technician
Originally from Homestead, Florida, Dillan has called the Sarasota area home since the age of three. Dillan has roots in the pool industry – his parents had started a small pool service company after Hurricane Andrew. Dillan’s past work experiences include working at a furniture store for several years where he was on the moving then warehousing team, working on lighting and electronics, and maintaining fish aquariums. In his spare time, Dillan enjoys spending time with his fiancée and son, fishing, movies, and video games.
Dakota Roberts
Pool Technician
Originally from Chicago, Dakota relocated to Florida as a teenager and quickly embraced the outdoor lifestyle. Years ago, he gained experience in pool maintenance and always hoped to return to the industry. Now, he’s excited to be back in a role that combines his love for the outdoors with his hands-on skill set.
Dakota’s previous work includes roles in a Publix warehouse and as a railroad mechanic, where he developed strong mechanical aptitude and a dependable work ethic. His calm and focused approach makes him a valuable member of our service team.
Outside of work, Dakota enjoys fishing, football, and hockey. Above all, he enjoys spending time with his family—especially in his new role as a proud father.
