I can highly recommend On-Time Pool Service. Their rates are fair. They did an excellent job acid washing our pool and tending to the pool operating equipment and maintenance. The weekly pool sevice (in our case, his name is Chanse) is meticulous and takes his obligations seriously. Overall, I found the quality of the work provided by On-Time Pool Service is excellent. Amazing Our pool was stained a lot. I read about their non draining acid wash. Holy crap did it make my pool look new again. Couldn’t be more happy with the results. Like a new pool. And $700 was a steal compared to 5K plus to resurface. 11/10Posted on Google

Then the technician Ken was very polite , show up on time and change my old pump for a new one, taking all trash and leaving our pool system running again ✌🏼😊 I wlll recommend this pool company !!Posted on Google

tracey corporan26 days agoOriginally went to Pinch a Penny. They couldn’t fix my pool light as they said it was Jacuzzi brand and only Leslie’s does it. I called Leslie’s and they told me to buy a new light online. So i called on-time pools and they came out within a days notice and fixed the light. No questions asked. Try someone else30 days agothe tech took apart my failing existing pool motor first to see if he could repair it. (It is the original pump.) He couldn’t. He asked if the office explained the new pumps they install and the pricing. They had. He went over the benefits again and we had a variable speed pump installed. Afterwards, he showed us how to use it and also fixed another small issue we had with our pool. And sure enough, the new pump is so quiet, it didn’t hear it kick on this morning. It’s so quite just as promised and it’s supposed to save me money on energy costs. Very impressed with the company and the tech.Posted on Trustindex

Ken A.432 days agoOur pool pump stopped working just before the holiday weekend and Jason from On Time pool service made an appt for the following Monday to assess and repair. Received a text confirming that tech was on his way. Justin was able to get it going, reset schedule and answered all of my questions including recommending a Pentair pump when it is time to replace. my wife wanted the plastic cover on the pool light replaced and Justin went to the warehouse to get the exact replace,ent part needed and installed. The entire experience was top notch and I have not received such wonderful customer service in quite a while. Professional, kind and knowledgeable care from phone call to ensuring that we were completely satisfied. Our sincere thanks and appreciation especially to Justin. They are timely, communicative, and Nicole in their front office is great. Any issue we have had following a service or in between services are communicated and responded to by Nicole and corrective action is promptly scheduled and executed.
