Meet Your Local Pool Cleaners

Adam grew up in Bradenton and has a business degree from the University of Florida where he met his wife Susan. After nine years in community banking Adam acquired and grew an award winning residential cleaning franchise which he sold prior to joining OTPS. Adam’s family is blessed with a young son and daughter, an American Bulldog appropriately named Tank and a mischievous cat.

Justin was born in Morristown, N.J. and moved to Sarasota in 1994. He first joined OTPS in 2007 as a Summer Technician and returned full time in 2014. In his spare time, Justin is an active musician, teaching drums and recording locally from a home studio. He enjoys the Sarasota beaches, taking his Westie to the park and cooking a good meal. Justin also conducts many of our pool repairs and equipment installations.

Ted was born and raised in Bradenton and joined OTPS as a Service Manager in 2016. Outside of work, Ted is an active boxer and passionate about the sport. He owns three dogs and follows the Bucs and Chicago Bulls.

Sherri brings a warm and welcoming presence to our team, both in person and over the phone. Originally from Tennessee, she recently fulfilled her lifelong dream of moving to sunny Florida, where she enjoys exploring the outdoors, relaxing on the beach, hiking, and embracing the year-round warmth.

With a strong background in office administration, including several years as an office manager for an appliance repair company, Sherri is skilled at providing excellent customer service and keeping operations running smoothly. Her positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm make her a valued member of our team, brightening the day for colleagues and customers alike.

James is originally from Boston, Massachusetts, making him the third person on the On-Time team from Massachusetts. He moved with his family in 2008, which he remembers as the year the Patriots lost the Super Bowl. James comes to On-Time with two and a half years of prior pool service experience. In his free time, he goes to the gym, plays pickup basketball, hikes, kayaks, and spends time outside. James is enrolled in a radiology program and is pursuing a medical career for the long term.  

 Cam was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida, where he lived until moving to Sarasota in 2020. He was most recently the field supervisor for a paver restoration and power washing company for a few years before joining On-Time Pool Service. In his spare time, Cam enjoys hanging out with his kids and family and supporting the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Greg recently moved from Foxborough, Massachusetts to Venice. His old house was located just five minutes away from Gillette Stadium, where the New England Patriots play. Due to his proximity to the stadium, he had the opportunity to meet many of the Patriots players. Greg retired from the Massachusetts Department of Corrections just before moving to Florida. He and his wife have two children who are currently attending college. In his spare time, Greg enjoys working out, playing golf, and going to the beach.

Chanse, a native of rural Kentucky, relocated with his family to Sarasota in 2003, where he laid down his roots. Chanse spent years working alongside his loved ones in their small-scale screen printing and embroidery business. Seeking independence and a change of scenery, he ventured into landscaping before finding his niche with On-Time Pool Service. Outside of work, Chanse finds solace as a homebody, watching sports and soaking up the sun with his dog at the beach.

Damien spent his childhood growing up on a farm in Fort Gaines, Georgia. Damien went to school in Orlando and relocated to Sarasota several years ago. Damien had been in the car detailing business for 21 years before joining the team. Damien has a big family with two sisters, one brother, three daughters, and one son. He is a big sports fan, with the Chicago Bulls, Philadelphia Eagles, and Georgia Bulldogs being his teams.

Eli is a Florida native, born and raised in Manatee County. He worked for the family business Peace of Mind Plumbing for three years as a plumbing apprentice before joining the On-Time Pool Service team. In his spare time, Eli loves spending time outdoors and with his family. He can be found at the beach or on a skateboard.
